Clicking Hesperiidae on the drop down menu will also take you to the same page giving added versatility.
These pages will eventually be added too in order to highlight the differences between these families and how the insects fit into these families,a learning curve for many of us keen amateurs.
Clearly a click on the individual butterfly or moth will take you to the specie page.
These species pages I am also collating as and when time allows as well as adding larval food plant photos,so the website information is continually be added to. "A never ending task" I'm delighted to say,
It is clearly the time in the year when photos are sorted, hard drives relieved of info and I get time to learn some more about our beautiful butterflies and moths.
I will, like today, hopefully find the odd moth or two in which case the blog will updated accordingly, but without a moth trap and with the weather closing in this will be on a case of "as and when".
The year is not over so I just hope that you enjoy browsing until the next time.
All the very best to all of you
Colin
