Observations: The forewings are greyish brown with black intermittent spots along the costa. The reniform stigmata is narrow and edged with small white spots.The subterminal line is reddish brown with a lighter edge towards the termen and the terminal line is a series of black spots. The antemedial and postmedial cross-lines are feint and broken.
The hindwings are glistening whitish with a narrow grey terminal band.
The moth is attracted to flowers and light, sometimes appearing in good numbers at the moth trap.
