Observations: Quite a distinguished moth which has yellowish brown forewings and a series of networking orange/brown patterns edged with deep reddish brown.
The moth was first recorded on north west Surrey in 1945 is now common in the south of England where Scot's Pine prevail and must be considered a success story as it is extending it range.
The moth flies at dusk, and is attracted to light.
