UK Distribution: Southern and south east England,Midlands and East Anglia - well distributed : South -west England,Wales and northern England - less well distributed : Scotland - very local - mainly the lowlands : Isle of Man - rare : Channel Isles - local on Guernsey

Observations: A delicate looking moth with cream coloured,broad forewings which appear to be almost translucent,and as the name suggests, has rounded apex.
Centrally position black dots are prominent with antemedial and postmedial lines made up of a series of black dashes.
The similar species N.mundana has a less rounded forewing,two poorly defined zigzag fasciae and fewer spots than the Round-winged Muslin.
Moth is attracted to light.
