Similar Species -
Observations: Although similar to A.suavella this moth is smaller than the similar species.
Forewings are silvery grey with reddish brown or black markings with clearly defined cross lines in white which are wavy in appearance and stepped towards the dorsum at the basal end of the forewing.
The moth is attracted both to light and sugar.
