Similar Species -
Observations: Head reddish orange. The forewing is greyish yellow with the apical area orange-brown, the colour sometimes extending across the forewing.Another identifying mark is the dark brown tornal spot.
Similar to T.trinotella althouth this species does not have the mottled reddish orange head.
Flying between May and October this moth is attracted to light and often found in the moth trap.
