Observations: The forewing is dark brown with an irregular shaped white spot just beyond half way along forewing with dark,almost black patches either side of this white patch. A small thin white streak centrally position at one third is prominent.There is a scattering of white scales in the apical half along the costa as well as white marking around the head.
Moth is attracted to light.
